Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 7–14 days of purchase, as long as less than 10–20% of the course has been accessed.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Certification exams
• Downloadable templates or tools
• Coaching or advisory sessions
• Fully accessed course modules

We will issue a full refund for duplicate purchases or technical issues we cannot resolve.
